Providing Food at Community and Charity Events

Volunteers and charity groups who provide food at their village hall events do not need to register or obtain a food hygiene certificate.
However, it is still essential that good food hygiene practice is followed.

We recommend that anybody providing food at events taking place in Asby Village Hall follow the advice provided by the Food Standards Agency.

They provide a very useful guidance on their web page:

Providing food at community and charity events.
