Starting with October 2019’s film On the Basis of Sex, you are now able to reserve tables for the cinema online. We hope you find this new facility useful. It will certainly assist the cinema team in setting up before the film.
Q: How do I do this?
A: Simply go to to the cinema’s web page and click on “Make your Reservation”. This will take you to a page where you can:
a) Tell us how many people you wish to reserve a table for.
b) See what other reservations have already been made.
Q: Do I need to login to the Asby Parish website?
A: No.
However, if you do login then you will not need to enter your name and email address as part of the reservation process.
Q: Will my reservation appear in the list immediately?
A: Not immediately, no. There will be a (hopefully short) delay whilst the booking is ‘approved’. (This is a purely a technicality but is demanded by the underlying software.)
However, if you login before making your reservation, then all your bookings – other than the first one you ever make – will be automatically approved.
