Synopsis
“Hidden Figures” is the incredible untold story of Katherine G. Johnson, Dorothy Vaughan, and Mary Jackson; brilliant African-American women working at NASA in the early days of that organisation.
They served as part of the the mathematical brains behind one of the greatest operations in history: the launch of astronaut John Glenn into orbit in 1962. Having been overshadowed by the USSR’s early space flights, this achievement restored America’s confidence and turned around the Space Race. Our visionary trio crossed all gender and race lines to inspire generations to dream big.
A space-race segregation drama full of star power.
