Come to Larch Cottage Nursery for a rare and unique opportunity to ‘go behind the scenes’ and meet owner Peter Stott as he provides a tour of the nursery and propagation fields. They grow over 90% of the plants they sell there in the ‘frozen north’ and specialise in rare and unusual shrubs, perennials and climbers, Japanese acers, old fashioned roses and slow growing dwarf conifers.
This is a one-off event so don’t miss the opportunity to explore this secret garden and the propagation fields hidden away in the tiny hamlet of Melkinthorpe!
The charge is £15 per person, but for Asby Gardening Club members there will be a reduced rate of £12, the charge includes coffee. Places do have to be booked in advance & are limited.

Meet at the bus shelter to arrange shared transport at 12:30 to arrive in time for lunch or refreshment at the cafe in advance; or a browse around the nursery.
